At Aeonaxy Books, your satisfaction is our priority. We want every book purchase to be a great experience. If for any reason you're not satisfied, our straightforward return policy makes it easy to get a refund or exchange.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return a book within 30 days of the delivery date if:

  • The book arrived damaged or defective
  • The wrong book was delivered
  • The book is in its original, unread condition (for change of mind returns)
  • The book has manufacturing defects (torn pages, missing sections, etc.)

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Books that have been read, annotated, or visibly used
  • Books with removed price tags or stickers
  • Digital/e-book purchases
  • Personalized or custom-ordered books
  • Books returned after 30 days of delivery

3. How to Initiate a Return

Step 1

Contact us via our Contact page or email support@aeonaxy.com with your order number and reason for return.

Step 2

Our team will review your request and send a return authorization email within 1–2 business days.

Step 3

Pack the book securely and ship it to the address provided. For damaged/wrong items, we'll arrange a free pickup.

Step 4

Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned book. For UPI and wallet payments, refunds typically reflect in 1–3 business days. For credit/debit cards, it may take up to 7–10 business days depending on your bank. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated.

5. Exchanges

If you'd like a different book or edition instead of a refund, we're happy to arrange an exchange. Simply mention this when initiating your return. Exchanges are processed at no additional cost for defective or wrong items. For change-of-mind exchanges, any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.

6. Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of deliverywith photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement at no cost and collect the damaged item free of charge. Do not discard damaged packaging as it may be required for the carrier's claim process.
