1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all major cities and towns across India. Delivery availability depends on your pin code. Enter your pin code at checkout to confirm serviceability. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation email with details shortly after placing your order.
3. Standard Shipping
Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune) typically receive orders in 3–4 business days. Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities may take 5–7 business days.
4. Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping (1–2 business days) is available at checkout for select pin codes. Additional charges apply for expedited delivery and will be displayed clearly before you confirm your order.
5. Shipping Charges
Standard shipping is free for orders of ₹999 or above. A flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies to orders below ₹999. Expedited shipping charges vary by location and will be shown at checkout.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time. You can also contact us at contact@aeonaxy.com with your order ID for a status update.
7. Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at contact@aeonaxy.com or call +91 6377746898. We will investigate with our logistics partner and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. In rare cases of confirmed lost shipments, we will issue a replacement or full refund.
8. Damaged Shipments
If your book arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and the book and email us at contact@aeonaxy.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or refund. Please do not discard the packaging as it may be required for the claim.
9. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of ordering. Aeonaxy is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information. Address changes after dispatch may not be possible.
